Checks are generally processed on the day they arrive.

HOA dues are due and to be paid on a quarterly basis January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.  Currently HOA dues are $590 per quarter and are considered delinquent 45 days after the due date.  Late charges are assessed on the 46th day past the due date at 10% of the balance due.

Please make sure to make payments by the due date to avoid late fees as AppFolio can be slow to process.  

Other payments such as driveway snow removal, STR fees, violation fines, etc. are to be made using the same above method upon receipt of an invoice.
