530-583-7545 extension 4 or 866-550-5502 extension 4What constitutes an After-Hour Emergency?
Because CFIA is comprised of single-family homes, there are very few things that would constitute an After-Hour Emergency. After hour is defined as after 5pm and before 8:30am and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Typically, after-hour emergencies are ONLY for items which, if not addressed immediately are a threat to life or will result in damage or destruction to CFIA common area property. Something like a water main break in the street would constitute an emergency. Some things that DO NOT qualify as an after-hour emergency are parking issues, lakefront keycard loss or lock outs, snow removal issues or being “bermed-in", neighbors holding a loud party. Please keep in mind there can be extra charges to CFIA for calling the After-hour Emergency number for non-emergency issues, which will result in increased future assessment dues.
