Go Paperless - How to Opt-in for Electronic Delivery

To receive communications in the most timely manner and reduce expenses to the Association, please go paperless by opting-in for electronic delivery.  To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Log onto Online Portal Account https://granitepeak.appfolio.com/connect/users/edit/

  2. On your Homepage scroll down to Account Profile

  3. Under Contact Preferences place a check mark next to your notification preferences.

    1. -Email Mobile

    2. Push Notification 

  4. Under Electronic Delivery Consent select the link: Enable Electronic Documents.

  5. A Notification will populate for your consent. Click the box by: I consent to receiving documents electronically.

  6. Click Save
