  • According to the Association’s bylaws and in accordance with state law, the HOA is governed by a volunteer, seven-member Board of Directors. Homeowners volunteer their time to serve on the board and provide leadership to the Association.

  • The Board meets quarterly, typically in January, April, June, August, and October. Meeting date, time and logistics found in the calendar

  • All homeowners receive Board meeting agendas prior to each meeting and are encouraged to attend.

    Each Board meeting provides an opportunity for homeowners to ask questions and provide feedback and ideas, which the Board will address at a future meeting.

    At any time, homeowners are welcome to ask questions and provide feedback to the Board and/or request an item be added to a future Board meeting agenda
