Architectural Review Manages the approval process for all exterior improvements to single family homes in Cedar Flat. Please review the ARC Guidelines and Application for specific information    
Budget & Finance Responsible for administering the maintenance of up-to-date, accurate records of all financial transactions relating to the Association in accordance with state laws. Responsible for preparing and submitting an annual budget to the Board of Directors at the annual Membership Meeting.    
Communication & Technology Ensure open and transparent information is available to the Association and manages the CedarFlat.org website.    
Covenants With the assistance of management, the Covenants Committee administers and investigates reports of non-compliance of the CCRs and Bylaws as well as the Rules and Regulations. The Committee reports all actions taken to the Board of Directors.    
Forestry Responsible for identifying dead and dying trees in Cedar Flat common areas and road easements and obtaining qualified tree removal quotes for each project. Also, alerts homeowners to dead and dying trees on their private property, providing information and quotes for removal if necessary.    
Lakefront Identifies and provides for annual maintenance of lakefront assets including pier, tables, benches, small craft racks as well as yearly clean up of lakefront area.    
Mooring Field Responsible for the administration of the Community Mooring Field including maintenance of buoys and holding annual lottery for buoy sessions.    
Rental Committee The Rental Committee handles all things related to both short term rentals and long term rentals in our association    
Roads/Snow Removal Identifies areas for maintenance on the private Cedar Flat roads and suggests areas of improvement including signage.
